Your work just keeps getting more and more amazing! Did you use a tripod for this shot? I noticed that your ISO is set pretty high, so I imagine that you either used a tripod or you have a really impressive image stabilizer.
I also use a Panasonic, but my model (FZ35)does not have an interchangeable lens which would be really nice. Do you like your model? I am currently shopping for an upgrade.

Thanks so much Daisy for your laude.

No, I seldom use a tripode and this is as the others all hand held shots. I think the ISO is maybe a little bit to high but I want to have a focus to the front flower and the others a little bit blurry, so I choose the aperture with 5.6  I expect every professional photographer would have tear one's hair.

But now to your second question. I like this camera, because it's not that heavy and a small one but with interchangeable lenses and good in handling because it's not too small. The lenses are also smaller and also not that heavy than others because of the micro four third technique.

Thanks so much for the information. It sounds like a very nice camera and basically exactly what I'm looking for. You seem to get great macro shots with it. Do you use a macro lens for that or does it just have really good built in macro features?

With a great pleasure. :-)

All the shots you see with a focal length of 45 are taken with the macro lens (it's the Panasonic Leica DG Macro-Elmarit 45mm F2.8 ASPH OIS) and if you see a focal length of 200 it's taken with the telezoom lens (Panasonic 45-200 mm f4.0-5.6 LUMIX G VARIO Micro 4/3). Additionally I have a third lens for all other things, it's the Panasonic Lumix G 20mm f1.7 Aspherical Pancake.

I think that the quality is pretty o.k. especially because the camera/the lenses are not that expensive :-)

Oh great. Maybe you can take a look to the new model it's a little bit smaller one than mine. My husband has it and all lenses are fitting too and the functions are nearly the same. It's a Lumix GX1. For me it would be too small, I like to have a little bit weight in the hand, especially for the macro shots :-)

There are also two groups here #Lumix-Club and #MicroFourThirds ... maybe you find there more information about the camera and the lenses :-)

Good luck with the decision :-)
