That is it - "(Oh) my oh my!!". I've always thought that more an American expression than an English one. We might say "(Oh) goodness me!"

In Scots, we would say "Jings" of "Crivvens" or even "Help ma bob" - Now there are some words for your "English" vocabulary. :lol:
